Terms

This form is an application, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until screening and a required consultation are complete. Consultation is not complimentary.
Anything not disclosed in advance needs approval and a confirmed price before it can be part of a session.
A 50% deposit is collected at consultation; the balance is due at the session. After the deposit is made, changes require 48–72 hours’ notice. Within 24 hours of the session, nothing can be changed.
